CAN I SEE THE PAINTING IN REAL LIFE OR ONLY ONLINE?
Yes! it is possible to come visit the studio and see the paintings up front and make decissions come easier. However it is advised to write an e-mail to johannes(a)holt-iversen.com asking about the specific painting and when it will be possible to see it. Some paintings can be located in The Netherlands, Denmark or Norway, so please be specific. Purchase can be made on the spot after reviewing the painting and you can take the work with you home, a reciept would then be sent to your e-mail adress if needed.
The paintings you order from the webshop will be sent directly from the studio facilities in Copenhagen, Aalborg or directly from the artists studio in Amsterdam. Here it will be packed in weather proofed plastic bubble wrap and strong water resistant cardboard and wood suitable for long distance distribution including cushioning materials to prevent damages during transport.
WHERE ARE MY ORDERED PAINTING BEING SENT FROM?
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I HAVE ORDERED MY PAINTING?
After you have placed your order and made your payment in the paintings webshops secure ssl-encrypted payment system, your order will then be received in our e-mail system and processed. When the painting is sent you will receive a confirmation including a Track&Trace code (if the order is being sent using PostDanmark, PostNord or a third-party direct courrier internationally). Below we will guide you through our system in a simple 5-step guideline.
When you enter the webshop you can browse between various unique paintings, sculptures and artworks. When you see something you find interesting simply click on the picture and you will be able to learn more about the artwork as well as be able to check out details such as strokes, colours and materials used for this work. Usually there are at least 4-5 detail pictures. Furthermore if you are searching within a specific category (ex. oil paintings) you can choose to use the roll-down window in upper left corner (see picture below).

Once your order has been received in the e-mail system, the artwork will be packed and sent using either PostDanmark or GLS Package delivery. An e-mail confirmation will be sent together with a Track&Trace number so you can follow your order online.
DELIVERY
All european deliveries will be handled by PostDanmark, PostNord or GLS depending on the size of the package. Should the package be delivered while you are not home, the package courier will deliver the painting to one of their nearby secure package shops and notify you in your mailbox. You can then go to the package shops and pick up your package delivery any time within 72 hours after first attempt of direct delivery.
